DEPRESSION

Dear Fiona,

     How are you and your family? I hope you and your family are fined. I heard you are in depress. So you can share with me about your problem. I can advice and explain to you about depression. So you don't feel sad because I'm always with you although we stay far from each other.
     Depression is a one of common feeling for teenagers. Many teenagers had through this feeling because they had face many trouble such as stress with homework or exam, not have friend, always be bullies or obesity. All this problems can make depress. So you must share your problem with someone that you believe in your life. Don't latent your feeling because it can make your more in depression.
     Beside that, healthy lifestyle also can reduce depression. Healthy lifestyle such as jogging and exercise can release your tension, rest your brain from thinking about your problem. It also can reduce headaches and fatigue. In addition, you can go to places of recreation or parks full of green trees as it can calm the mind and give you courage to face depression.
     We must also seek treatment from more experienced individuals such as doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists to learn more about depression and how to reduce it from getting worse.We must always pray to God for spirit and not give up easily even when faced with problems.
      Ultimately, we must be patient with all the trials. Do not make these problems as a burden but it should serve as the challenges that must be experienced. So, come here only letter I can write and what I can advise. I hope you accept my advise and I very much hope that you will recover fully. Goodbye
