Stress is a mental and physical burden of the individual. Stress is a part of our lives and can affect us in many ways. Prolonged stress and too much wiil make us angry. Anger is a main emotional problem consequences of stress. It is a natural feeling that have on each individual. Anger that cannot be controlled would be dentrimental to self and others.
There are four types of factors that cause stress on a person. Firstly, is a survival stress. Survival stress can happen when in a position either in terms of emotional, physical and feeling such as fear to overcome the threats facing. Secondly, is a internally generated stress. Where the individual has ambitions too high and too concerned with work. Thirdly, is environmental and job stress. Where there is not a conducive environment and the noise in the workplace. Fourthly, is fatigue and overwork stress. Where have burden to work such as pressure in terms of time or the expiry date of the work to be completed.
Stress affect is at the heart beat strong and difficult to breathing. Besides that, is fast to angry, unhappy, loss of appetite and sleep. next, factor is feel lost interest in school work and try to isolate themselves. Furthermore, is burn-out, tired and risk to suicide. Stress can also cause headaches.
Ways to reduce stress is understand the factors of stress is to survey the factor that cause of stress and find the problem in yourself one by one. Next, is solve the problem before the problem become larger. In addition, was crying because crying would be pressure enlarges the mind and soul. Exercise and recreation is also a way to reduce stress because it can revitalize brain and healthy body. The lastly is share the problems with friend.
Hence, we must control yourself from being stressed so as not to creat problems for themselves and the public. Other wise, we must overcome all the problems that it would not be a burden to us.

ReplyDeleteAction seems to follow feeling, but really action and feeling go together, and by regulating the action, which is under the more direct control of the will, we can indirectly regulate the feeling, which is not.
